Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses primarily owned, controlled, and managed by one or more qualifying women that meet Rhode Island certification criteria and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Be a business owned, controlled, and managed by one or more women under Rhode Island WBE rules.
- Provide required ownership, control, management, business formation, tax, and financial documentation.
- Submit the certification application through the Rhode Island secure portal or current DEDI process.
