Eligibility
Eligible firms must be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including qualifying Native American owners, meet federal small business and personal net worth requirements, and qualify under DBE or ACDBE rules.
Requirements
- Operate as a for-profit small business that meets federal DBE or ACDBE standards.
- Show qualifying ownership and control by socially and economically disadvantaged owners.
- Submit the DBE or ACDBE certification application and required supporting documentation.
