SEDI-owned businesses with up to 25 employees or Very Small Businesses with fewer than 10 employees. SEDI owners include minorities, women, people with disabilities, veterans, or LGBTQ+ individuals.
Requirements

- Eligible uses include equipment, building improvements, site improvements
