About this program
The Alternative and Clean Energy Program provides grants and loans for alternative and clean energy projects, clean energy production, CNG and LNG fueling infrastructure, energy efficiency, conservation, and facilities that generate, use, or distribute alternative energy.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, nonprofit businesses, economic development organizations, municipalities, counties, and school districts with qualifying clean energy, alternative energy, or energy efficiency projects in Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Wait for an open application period
- Submit through DCED Single Application for Assistance
- Do not begin project work before funding approval
