Eligibility
Service providers may work through Arizona Area Agencies on Aging and DES Division of Aging and Adult Services to deliver eligible Older Americans Act and aging services.
Requirements
- Provide eligible services for older adults, caregivers, or adults with disabilities
- Work through the appropriate Area Agency on Aging or DES funding process
- Meet provider contracting and reporting requirements
