About this program
The Small Business Resiliency Fund provides financial assistance to Los Angeles County small businesses that experienced workforce loss, property damage, customer decline, economic disruption, or revenue loss because of immigration enforcement actions beginning in June 2025.
Eligibility
Los Angeles County small businesses that can document qualifying disruption or losses tied to eligible immigration enforcement actions and meet county grant guidelines.
Requirements
- Apply through LA County DEO program process
- Document business location and qualifying disruption
- Provide revenue, workforce, or damage records as requested
