Eligibility
Montana beginning farmers and ranchers seeking to purchase agricultural land or other depreciable agricultural property. No minimum loan amount and no formal application period – applications may be submitted at any time.
Requirements
- Must be a Montana-based beginning farmer or rancher
- Loan used to purchase agricultural land or depreciable agricultural property
- $50 application fee payable to the Montana Department of Agriculture
