Kentucky Entertainment Incentive Program — Film and Production Tax Credit
Refundable tax credit of 30% (up to 35% in Enhanced Incentive Counties) on eligible production costs for film, television, and entertainment productions in Kentucky. $75 million in credits available annually.

Eligibility
Film, television, and entertainment productions that spend a minimum of $250,000 (features) or $20,000 (documentaries) in Kentucky. Productions in Enhanced Incentive Counties or with Kentucky-resident crews qualify for 35% credit.
Requirements
- Minimum spend of $250,000 for feature productions
- Minimum spend of $20,000 for documentary productions
- Production must be filmed in Kentucky
