About this program
The City of Huntington offers a local Business and Occupation tax credit for qualifying construction and renovation projects that create jobs in the city. Eligible projects that create at least 20 jobs may receive a tax credit for up to 100 percent of city B&O tax for 10 years. The incentive is intended to encourage reinvestment, rehabilitation, and new business activity tied to substantial employment growth.
Eligibility
Businesses, developers, or property owners undertaking qualifying construction or renovation projects in Huntington may apply when the project creates at least 20 jobs.
Requirements

- Project must create at least 20 jobs.
