Dearborn's porch and front step rehabilitation and replacement initiative uses federal grant funding, including CDBG support, to help selected low- to moderate-income homeowners repair or replace severely damaged porches and outdoor steps that pose safety hazards.
Eligibility
Low- to moderate-income Dearborn homeowners with eligible owner-occupied homes and qualifying porch or front step repair needs.
Requirements

- Complete city review, contractor assignment, inspection, and construction steps
