Commercial property assessed clean energy financing for eligible energy and resiliency improvements.
About this program
New Mexico C-PACE allows participating counties to enable long-term financing for qualified energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements on commercial property, including eligible Taos County projects where authorized.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial, industrial, multifamily, agricultural, or nonprofit property owners with qualified improvements in participating New Mexico jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Confirm local C-PACE availability and property eligibility
- Obtain lender and program approval before construction
- Submit project scope, energy or resiliency improvements, property information, and financing documents
