Rural Jump-Start Grant and Tax Credit
Grants and tax credits for new or relocating businesses in rural Colorado, including retail businesses. Up to $40,000 for newly established businesses in Tier 1 Just Transition counties and up to $2,500 to $5,000 per new hire.

New or relocating businesses in designated Rural Jump-Start zones or Tier 1 Just Transition counties in Colorado. Must be net new economic activity.
Requirements

- Must create net new jobs
