Native Americans (at least 1/4 Indian blood), Alaska Natives, and federally recognized tribal enterprises.
Requirements
- At least 1/4 Indian blood or federally recognized tribal enrollment
- For-profit business purpose
- Apply through BIA regional office with a commercial lender
