Refundable investment tax credits, sales/use tax refunds, and property tax exemptions for health and bioscience companies creating or retaining jobs in Iowa. Up to 5% investment tax credit (7.5% in rural counties); $50M annual cap.

Iowa-based companies in bioscience or health technology primarily engaged in creating or retaining qualifying jobs that meet county wage thresholds.
Requirements
- Company must be in bioscience or health-related qualifying industry
- Must create or retain qualifying jobs meeting county wage thresholds
- Must submit application to IEDA before project begins
