Nevada Standard Tax Abatements (NRS 360.750)
GOED administers sales and use tax, modified business tax, and personal property tax abatements for qualifying new or expanding businesses in Nevada, including retailers making capital investments.

Eligibility
New or expanding businesses that meet at least two of three criteria: average wage at or above statewide average, minimum capital investment, and minimum number of primary jobs created. Must offer employee medical benefits and generate more than 50% of revenue from outside Nevada.
Requirements
- Meet two of three eligibility criteria: average wage, capital investment, or primary jobs created
- Offer medical insurance plan and pay at least 65% of premium costs
- Generate more than 50% of revenue from outside Nevada
