Restaurants renovating or establishing in designated Renaissance Zones in North Dakota cities receive income tax exemptions and property tax exemptions for up to 5 years.

Restaurant businesses that invest in building renovation or new construction within a Renaissance Zone in a qualifying North Dakota city.
Requirements
- Project must be located within a designated Renaissance Zone
