Eligibility
Small food service businesses in Minnesota communities adversely impacted by structural racial discrimination, civil unrest, or lack of access to capital. Distributed through legislatively named PROMISE Act partner organizations.
Requirements
- Must be a small business in an eligible community
- Must work with a designated PROMISE Act community partner organization
- Funds may be used for working capital, payroll, rent, utilities, or equipment
