Trenton Commercial Building Forgivable Loan Program
Forgivable loan program providing incentives for prospective businesses to locate in Trenton and existing businesses to expand and improve. 20% forgiven each year of compliance, fully forgiven after 5 years.
About this program
20% of loan forgiven per year of compliance. Lien required if incentive over $20,000.
Eligibility
Property owner or commercial tenant (with owner approval) with valid Trenton Business License. Must be a certified member of the Trenton Urban Enterprise Zone. Cannot be on Federal or State debarment lists. Personal guarantee required.
