Eligibility
Eligible users include Native American-owned, African American-owned, Asian American-owned, Hispanic-owned, woman-owned, and other minority businesses in the YBI MBAC service region.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a qualifying minority-owned business in the YBI service region.
- Request MBAC assistance through YBI.
- Provide business stage, ownership, financing, certification, or contracting needs.
