About this program
WEDnetPA provides qualified Pennsylvania employers with grant funds for job skills training for new and existing employees, using a statewide network of education and workforce partners.
Eligibility
Qualified Pennsylvania employers training permanent full-time Pennsylvania-resident employees who earn at least the program wage threshold, are eligible for full-time benefits, and need skill-building training for current jobs or advancement.
Requirements
- Apply through WEDnetPA's online system
- Submit a training plan and budget
- Train eligible permanent full-time employees
