Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP)
Reimburses 50–90% of trainee wages for up to 6 months for newly created jobs in expanding or relocating New Mexico tech businesses.

Eligibility
Expanding or relocating businesses creating new jobs in New Mexico, including tech companies. Trainees must have been New Mexico residents for at least 1 year at any time prior to employment, with exceptions for high-wage positions.
Requirements
- Must be an expanding or relocating business in New Mexico
- Jobs must be newly created, not pre-existing positions
- Trainees must meet NM residency requirements (with high-wage exceptions)
