About this program
Oregon Enterprise Zones offer local property tax abatement on eligible new investment by qualifying businesses. Bend-area businesses making eligible capital investments may be able to use the program when project location, job creation, and local authorization requirements are met.
Eligibility
Eligible traded-sector, manufacturing, processing, or other qualifying businesses investing in qualified property in the Bend enterprise zone.
Requirements
- Confirm eligible enterprise zone location before project begins
- File authorization application before placing qualified property in service
- Meet job creation, compensation, local agreement, and reporting requirements
