About this program
The Morgantown Mosaic Neighborhood Engagement Initiative is a city mini-grant program that supports resident-led projects throughout Morgantown. The program funds small projects that strengthen neighborhood identity, improve shared spaces, and encourage community connection. Applicants may request up to $500 for materials, supplies, small physical improvements, or neighborhood event needs, while larger-scale projects may request up to $2,000 subject to added review and reporting. A one-to-one match is required, with part of the match allowed as in-kind contributions.
Eligibility
Morgantown residents, neighborhood groups, and community partners may apply for resident-driven projects that are publicly accessible and aligned with neighborhood priorities.
