The Start-Scale-Sustain grant supports established and emerging Business District Organizations in Charlotte’s Corridors of Opportunity. The program uses federal ARPA resources to build organizational capacity and provide services that support corridor businesses.
Eligibility
Business District Organizations and eligible corridor-serving organizations located in or serving Charlotte Corridors of Opportunity.
Requirements
- Serve one or more eligible Corridors of Opportunity
- Submit organization-building and business-supporting service plan
- Provide budget, work plan, partnership information, and reporting materials
