Eligible employers include North Carolina manufacturers and industrial businesses that want to sponsor registered apprenticeships and train workers in approved occupations.
Requirements
- Operate as an employer in North Carolina with an occupation suitable for registered apprenticeship.
- Work with an ApprenticeshipNC consultant to design the apprenticeship program.
- Define on-the-job learning, related instruction, wage progression, and mentor structure.
