Create Rebate provides annual cash payments based on payroll for eligible companies that create new full-time permanent jobs in Arkansas, helping offset the cost of expansion or relocation projects.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses locating or expanding in Arkansas, including North Little Rock, that meet minimum payroll, job creation, and industry requirements.
Requirements
- Apply and execute an AEDC financial incentive agreement before the project begins
- Create and maintain qualifying jobs and payroll
- Submit annual payroll and employment reports
