PATF provides Pennsylvania residents with disabilities access to loans for assistive technology that can support work, independence, and self-employment.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Pennsylvania residents with disabilities, older Pennsylvanians, or someone applying on behalf of a person with a disability, when the assistive technology is needed to work, live independently, or participate in the community.
Requirements
- Be a Pennsylvania resident with a disability, an older Pennsylvanian, or an applicant acting on behalf of the person with a disability.
- Need assistive technology devices or services.
- Submit a PATF loan application and provide required income, identification, and purchase information.
