Low-interest federal disaster loan for Maine small businesses that suffer economic injury when an essential employee or owner-operator is called to active military duty; provides up to $2 million to cover operating costs the business cannot meet during the deployment; particularly relevant to Maine Air National Guard and Coast Guard Reserve communities.
