About this program
New Jersey M/WBE certification gives eligible minority-owned and woman-owned businesses official proof of ownership status that can support access to public and private procurement opportunities, including professional-services contracts. Deadline notes: Certification applications are accepted through the online state certification service. Eligibility
Eligible businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by qualifying minority or women owners and meet New Jersey certification requirements.
Requirements
- Submit ownership, control, business registration, tax, operating agreement, resumes, licenses, and other documentation required by the state certification application.
