Eligibility
Qualified nonprofit housing organizations, developers, public partners, and other eligible entities with affordable housing projects serving low-income households in Gary may seek HOME funding when the City makes funds available.
Requirements
- Project must be located in the City of Gary.
- Project must create, preserve, or support affordable housing for eligible low-income households.
- Applicant must provide development scope, budget, financing plan, site control, and affordability compliance documentation.
