About this program
The New Hampshire Business Finance Authority provides loan guarantees and credit enhancements that help lenders finance businesses that need capital for growth, working capital, equipment, real estate, and other eligible costs. Concord businesses can use BFA-backed financing through participating lenders.

New Hampshire businesses working with lenders on eligible financing that meets BFA program and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating lender with business financials, project budget, and borrower information
- Demonstrate eligible use of funds, repayment capacity, and economic benefit
- Complete lender underwriting, BFA approval, closing, and reporting requirements
