About this program
The Reno Redevelopment Agency ReSecure pilot provides a dollar-for-dollar match to help eligible businesses and property owners improve safety conditions. Projects may include security cameras, lighting, doors, windows, alarms, and other safety-focused improvements within Redevelopment Areas 1 and 2.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses and property owners located in Reno Redevelopment Areas 1 and 2.
Requirements
- Property must be in an eligible redevelopment area
- Submit project scope, cost estimate, and documentation of eligible safety improvements
- Receive approval and execute grant agreement before reimbursement
