New Hampshire SBA Minority Owned Business Certification verifies New Hampshire-registered companies that are majority owned by eligible minority owners, including American Indian, Alaska Native, Aleut, Eskimo, and Native Hawaiian owners.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants are New Hampshire-registered companies where 51 percent or more of the ownership interest is held by eligible minority owners, including qualifying Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian owners.
Requirements
- Have at least 51 percent company ownership held by eligible Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, or other qualifying minority owners.
- Be registered as a business in the State of New Hampshire.
- Submit the Minority Owned Business Certification application and required company information.
