Eligibility
Applicants must be approved Rhode Island social equity applicants and selected for a social equity retail cannabis license or otherwise eligible under Commission regulations for the graduated social equity retail license fee schedule.
Requirements
- Applicant must be certified as an approved social equity applicant.
- Applicant must be selected for or hold a qualifying social equity retail cannabis license.
- Applicant must maintain eligibility and comply with ownership, control, licensing, and operating requirements.
