About this program
The ToRCH Be Well Leadership Board, led locally by Bothwell Regional Health Center as a community hub, awards grant funding to Pettis County organizations for projects that improve health and well-being by addressing social drivers such as safe housing, transportation, and access to healthy foods for Medicaid-eligible residents.
Eligibility
Eligible Pettis County organizations and community partners with projects addressing rural community health influencers and ToRCH priorities.
Requirements
- Participate through local ToRCH Be Well or community hub funding processes
- Submit project, budget, service population, health influencer, and community impact information
- Meet MO HealthNet Division and local hub reporting requirements
