California State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) Export Voucher
Reimburses eligible California small businesses for up to 75% of pre-approved export promotion expenses, capped at $10,000 per federal fiscal year. Funds may be used for international trade events, market research, export compliance, translations, foreign market sales trips, and other pre-approved export activities. Priority is given to companies new to STEP and/or new to exporting.

Eligibility
Must be a for-profit business organized in the U.S., with substantial CA presence, in operation at least one year, meeting SBA small business size standards, and exporting goods or services with at least 51% U.S. content.
