Oregon's unique tax credit program rewarding individuals and corporations for donating to cultural nonprofits and matching that donation to the Oregon Cultural Trust, generating grant funding for arts, heritage, and humanities organizations.

Eligibility
Oregon taxpayers who donate to eligible Oregon cultural nonprofits (arts, heritage, humanities). Organizations benefit indirectly through increased donor contributions and Trust grant distributions to 1,600+ cultural nonprofits.
Requirements
- Taxpayer must donate to one or more Oregon cultural nonprofits
- Must make a matching contribution to the Oregon Cultural Trust in the same calendar year
- Tax credit equals the amount contributed to the Trust
