About this program
The Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority provides low-interest loans to businesses owned and operated by socially or economically disadvantaged persons. Funds may support land, building, machinery, working capital, and eligible business costs.
Eligibility
For-profit businesses owned and controlled by socially or economically disadvantaged persons and located in Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Apply through DCED or a certified economic development organization
- Provide ownership certification, business plan, financial statements, tax returns, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet underwriting, job creation or retention, and program eligibility requirements
