Vermont's flagship workforce training grant program providing up to 50% of training costs on a reimbursement basis for pre-employment, new hire, and incumbent worker training in construction and trades businesses. PC Construction is among past grant recipients.

Eligibility
Vermont businesses of all sizes, including construction contractors and trades businesses. Training can be on-site or through an outside provider. Trainees must be full-time permanent Vermont employees (for incumbent and new hire grants). Pre-employment training requires guaranteed hire post-training.
