Eligibility
Operators of older drayage trucks serving eligible seaports and Class I rail yards in Texas nonattainment areas designated under the Federal Clean Air Act.
Requirements
- Truck must be an older drayage truck operating at an eligible Texas seaport or Class I rail yard
- Facility must be in a Texas nonattainment area
- Must replace older truck with a qualifying cleaner vehicle
