Eligibility
Maryland food banks, charitable emergency food providers, and mission-driven nonprofits focused on food insecurity registered with Maryland SDAT and the Secretary of State.
Requirements
- Must be a Maryland food bank or eligible food service nonprofit
- Must be registered with Maryland SDAT and Secretary of State as a charity
- 80% of funds must be used to purchase food directly
