About this program
Maryland Commercial PACE enables eligible commercial property owners to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements through property tax assessments.
Eligibility
Eligible Maryland commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners in participating jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Property must be in a participating Maryland jurisdiction
- Install eligible improvement measures
- Secure lender and jurisdiction approval
