About this program
The Washington Zero-Emission Incentive Program provides first-come, first-served voucher incentives to help businesses and fleet operators purchase eligible zero-emission commercial vehicles and equipment, with larger incentives for small businesses.
Eligibility
Washington businesses and fleet operators, including Walla Walla companies, purchasing eligible zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles or equipment.
Requirements
- Apply through the WAZIP voucher process before purchase as required
- Select eligible vehicle or equipment and provide business, fleet, and purchase documentation
- Comply with voucher, registration, scrappage if applicable, and reporting requirements
