Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including qualifying minority-owned firms, that meet DBE size, ownership, control, and personal net worth standards.
Requirements
- Meet federal DBE small business size standards and ownership-control requirements.
- Be owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
- Submit the Uniform Certification Application and supporting ownership, financial, tax, and business documents.
