Loans of $500,000 to $5 million for clean energy projects in Minnesota that reduce energy costs, bring clean energy innovation, or expand clean energy in Tribal or Greater Minnesota communities. Up to $50 million available through 2026 Call for Applications.

Eligibility
Clean energy project developers in Minnesota, with priority for projects that expand clean energy opportunities in Tribal communities or Greater Minnesota. Loans range from $500,000 to $5 million.
Requirements
- Must be a clean energy project located in Minnesota
- Project must reduce energy costs, advance clean energy innovation, or expand clean energy access in Tribal or Greater Minnesota communities
- Must apply through MnCIFA's Call for Financing Applications
