As part of the Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant, Fort Worth helps local businesses in the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six area improve curb appeal through a storefront and facade improvement program.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses and property owners in the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six area with qualifying storefront or facade improvement projects.
Requirements
- Confirm location in the Stop Six program area
- Submit project scope, estimates, photos, and ownership or tenant authorization to city program staff
- Complete approved improvements and follow program documentation requirements
