About this program
Scottsdale Cares is the City of Scottsdale voluntary utility bill donation program. A Human Services Commission reviews grant applications from eligible nonprofits serving Scottsdale residents and forwards funding recommendations to City Council for approval.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations delivering essential human service programs to Scottsdale residents, including crisis assistance, housing stability, youth, seniors, legal aid, meals, and disability services.
Requirements
- Submit grant application during the Scottsdale Cares funding cycle
- Demonstrate Scottsdale resident benefit and human service alignment
- Provide program budget, outcomes, nonprofit documentation, and city reporting
