Oregon employers, trade unions, and joint apprenticeship training committees in construction and skilled trades seeking to register, expand, or participate in BOLI-registered apprenticeship programs.
Requirements
- Must be an Oregon employer or apprenticeship sponsor
- Program must meet BOLI registration requirements
- Must provide on-the-job training under journeyman supervision
