TSMSDC / NMSDC Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certification
TSMSDC/NMSDC MBE certification connects Tennessee minority-owned businesses (African American, Hispanic, Native American, Asian American) to corporate supply chain opportunities with Fortune 500 companies nationwide. As of August 2025 certification is managed through the NMSDC Hub.

Eligibility
Tennessee-based businesses at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by minority individuals. Tennessee businesses are served by TSMSDC (covers TN, KY, WV). Certification fees range from $300–$900 based on business size.
Requirements
- At least 51% owned and controlled by minority individual(s)
- Complete application through NMSDC Hub (as of August 2025)
- Documentation of ownership and control
