$75 million Phase 3 voucher program for commercial operators purchasing new zero emission Class 2b–8 vehicles in NJ. Vouchers from $15,000 to $175,000 per vehicle. 50% reserved for small businesses in Overburdened Communities.

Eligibility
Commercial, industrial, or institutional organizations registered in New Jersey, in tax compliance, and in good standing with NJDOL and NJDEP. Must purchase and register new zero emission Class 2b–8 vehicles.
Requirements
- Must be a commercial, industrial, or institutional organization registered in NJ
- Must have a valid NJ tax clearance certificate
- Must be in good standing with NJ DOL and NJDEP
